2006 Milwaukee Holy Hip-Hop Artist of the Year ERIC CROSS had a divine
appointment in 2006. Eric's memorable performance at the 2006 Flavor Fest
in Tampa, FL, led him to meet Beatmart founder, Todd Collins. This was the
beginning of a relationship that would culminate in the signing of Eric Cross
to Beatmart Recordings in February 2006. Growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
Eric comes from a culturally diverse upbringing influenced by urban and
suburban settings alike. Saved at the age of 15, and introduced to Christian
Hip-Hop in 2001, Eric successfully combined his passion for sharing the good
news, with an undeniable, God-given gift for song writing and lyricism.
Eric's perfectionist attitude and dedication to his craft has helped him
to develop one of the most unmistakable voices in Christian Hip-Hop to date! -

It is truly a blessing and honor to be signed to Beatmart,
shares Eric Cross. I have always been a fan of Beatmart and I love the
versatility and the flavor that Beatmart brings to the table when working with
its artists. It's a really good fit. With The Art of Composition I'd like to
accomplish a lot of things. Primarily though, it is to allow people to see the
hand of God working through me as I communicate the message of Christ in a way
that people can understand. That, to me, is the bottom line.
