Toby McKeehan, Michael Tait, and Kevin Max (aka DC Talk) serve up a
variety of musical tastes on Supernatural. Gone is most of the rap from the
early days, in favor of more of a pop rock sound. They show off their rock n'
roll side on songs such as "It's Killing Me," "My Friend," and "Supernatural,"
and display a softer pop attitude on "Consume Me" and "Godsend." They keep
things interesting by mixing in the funk-ish "Wanna Be Loved," and the almost
ska-beat "Since I Met You." It may not be another Jesus Freak, but definitely
worth taking a listen to.
